What we provide

Web analytics: a tracker, reports and an API. The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running without interruption, but we do not promise a particular uptime.

Your account

• keeping access to your account safe is yours to do
• one account belongs to one person or one organisation
• the data you collect through Analitic is yours

What is not allowed

• installing the tracker on sites you neither own nor run
• sending us visitors personal data through event properties
• working around plan limits or loading the service with automated requests

Payment

The free plan runs with no time limit. Paid plans are paid in advance. Going over the event limit does not stop collection: we show a warning and suggest a larger plan.

Ending

You can stop using the service whenever you like. We may close an account used against these rules, with notice beforehand except in cases of plain abuse.

Changes

If the rules change we update the date at the top of the page and email about anything substantial.
