What counts as an event?
A pageview, and any event you send yourself: a purchase, a sign-up, a click. Crawler visits do not count.
What happens if I go over the limit?
Collection does not stop and reports keep working. We show a warning in the billing section and suggest a larger plan.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time and in both directions. Moving up, the difference is charged for the days left in the month.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan runs with no time limit and no card.
Do I lose my data if I stop paying?
The account moves to the free plan. The data stays, but retention becomes what the free plan allows.
How do I pay from Uzbekistan?
